What we collect

The public website is informational. If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we process the details you send so we can reply. If you accept analytics cookies, we store an anonymous session identifier and aggregated page-view counts by country and path. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell personal data.

• Analytics (optional) — anonymous session id (yc_sid) used only after you choose “Accept all”. Data is aggregated for internal traffic insights.

Certificates & documents

Published PDF certificates are provided for visitors to review Yarncity’s sustainability credentials. Files are stored securely, served only from approved certificate paths, and limited to PDF documents. Admin upload and deletion require authenticated access.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction or deletion of personal data we hold about you, or object to optional analytics. Write to info@yarncity.com. We apply KVKK and, where relevant, GDPR principles of purpose limitation, data minimisation and security.

Retention

Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry. Analytics totals are stored in aggregated form and are not used to identify individual visitors.
