Just wind plastic lacing around pegs in figure eights to make colorful flowers. That's it! Makes a great decoration or string together to make garlands that can hang from the door. Includes 12 large (4-5/8") and 12 small (3") flower wheels, needles and instructions. Great idea for yarn, too.
